The purpose of the ESA is to inspect and perform a complete precision tune-up and to advise you of any needed repairs. With annual maintenance you will help to extend the life of your equipment, have fewer repairs, improved capacity, and lower energy bills.
We will perform two precision tune-ups per year - once every 6 months on your heating and cooling equipment. You will also receive preferred Customer rates, Priority Customer ranking on service calls, we Include up to 1lb. of refrigerant - if needed at the time of tune-up, and a 15% discount if any additional repairs are needed.
We provide 24-hour emergency service and our ESA customers do not pay an overtime rate, as long as the agreement is in effect. The ESA is transferable if you sell your home and you have inflation protection for the duration of your agreement.
