A duct cleaning was performed, cleaning all cold air returns and supply ducts using a high pressure air and vac system. They were then sanitized with a bacteria and order control formula. The parts of the duct work that were falling apart due to age were repaired based on condition, though some areas were replaced. A leakage test was performed after installation and showed the described solutions decreased leakage down to 13 CFM, which is equivalent to a 2 square inch hole!
